Description: |
| The umbilical cutter is an emergency device used to sever the umbilical. It consists of a blade, in a Stainless Steel housing, which is actuated from within the bell by means of a hydraulic hand-pump. It is designed to easily cut through a fully pressurized umbilical fitted with a Kellems grip. All controls are mounted inside the bell. The umbilical cutter is fitted with a safety pin designed to resist an 80 bar back-pressure on the hydraulic system. This ensures that should any water or gas pressure be trapped in the hydraulic system, the umbilical will not be inadvertently cut. | The oil-filled junction box is an A316 Stainless Steel box, with a Polycarbonate cover. It houses all the electrical connections from the main umbilical, and splits it to the different communications, lights, equipment, etc. It is equipped with an oil pressure compensator, a drain valve located at the bottom, and a pressure relief valve. | In the event of a bell separation from the main system, the occupants will have a limited amount of electricity, gas and heat available to sustain them. The hot stab unit is an emergency device installed on the side of the bell that allows the interfacing of a secondary / emergency umbilical cord to the bell, thus maintaining life support while a rescue is underway. The unit has 2 modules, one for electric interfacing and the other for liquids and gases. During normal operation, the units on the bell are fitted with blanking plugs which seal off the system. An emergency umbilical cord with interfacing plugs is attached to a ROV (remote operated vehicle) and sent down to the separated bell. The ROV operator then unplugs the blanks and inserts the umbilical. |

Analox Hydrocarbon/He/O2 Monitor
Model No: Hyper-Gas MkIIDescription:Analox Hyper-Gas MkII is a purpose-designed hydrocarbon gas analyser for use in hyperbaric environments. It has been designed to detect and warn divers of anaesthetic levels of hydrocarbons in the bell atmosphere. Inside the bell, the monitor will rapidly detect the presence of vapourised hydrocarbons, and will activate the audible and visual alarms before the anaesthetic threshold is reached. The analyser is designed to operate to depths of up to 587m (1926ft.) and automatically corrects pressure and temperature effects ensuring optimum performance in this difficult environment. The gas alarm level is preset to 10% of the anaesthetic dose of vapourised hydrocarbons that could be present in the diving bell. For diving in areas where contamination is known to be 1 or 2 compounds, an alternative alarm set point could be calculated by Analox. The internal sample pump ensures a fast response to hydrocarbons. An optional topside repeater mounted at the surface mimics the conditions inside the bell. |

Description:Full face mask with spider strap, and 2nd stage demand valve but not supplied with LP hose to bail-out cylinder. Options: |
Description:The fully tested and certified KMB 18B and 28B Band Masks may be used in mixed gas diving as well as shallow water diving. The SuperFlow adjustable demand regulators provide low inhalation resistance and high gas flow letting the diver breathe easier and work harder with less exertion. Both masks come standard with the large tube SuperFlow 350 regulator. The Side Block Assembly of both the KMB 18B and 28B receives the umbilical over the shoulder in the B configuration. They both come standard with the Tri-Valve™ exhaust system. The communications connections can be either a male waterproof plug-in type or bare wire posts. The major difference between the 18B and 28B is the material of the mask frame itself. The 18B has a hand-laid fiberglass frame (yellow) while the 28B frame is an extremely durable injection-molded plastic (black) frame. The relative ease of production of the 28B frame allows for a lower cost and quicker delivery of this mask. Other differences include: the main exhaust body of the 28B is part of the frame itself and uses a #545-041 main exhaust cover; no comfort insert is required on the 28B; the face ports for the 18B and the 28B differ slightly in size. |
Description:The patented Kirby Morgan SuperMask is a lightweight modular full face mask that allows for easy and rapid adaptation to various self-contained underwater breathing apparatuses as well as surface-supplied systems. The mask frame and rigid components are made of high-impact plastic. The face seal is made of the highest quality silicone and conforms to the diver's face. The modular removable mouth pod is designed to quickly interchange allowing the diver multiple breathing gas options. The mask is also designed to accept various wireless communications configurations. |

Description:The EXO Full Face Mask was designed for both surface-supplied and scuba diving. By enclosing the diver's eyes, nose and mouth, the EXO permits nearly normal speech when used in conjunction with most wireless, and all hardwire, underwater communication systems. Its light- weight design allows divers to work long dives without jaw or neck fatigue. This mask has a modular communications design that permits rapid and simple maintenance. An optional Hard Shell gives added surfaces for mounting lights, cameras, etc. The EXO-BR Balanced Regulator helps reduce the work of breathing for the diver. The regulator balances the intermediate air pressure against the valve, sealing pressure inside the regulator. This enables the regulator to instantly adjust to changes in line pressure. The Balanced Regulator provides improved breathing and is adjustable for a wide range of intermediate pressures between 100 PSI - 230 PSI |
Description:The advanced regulator pod on this helmet will allow future versions of the Kirby Morgan 77 to be outfitted with other Kirby Morgan regulators. The pod makes it possible to customize the helmet with the regulator you want as job requirements change. The advantages of this Stainless Steel helmet include the following: rugged helmet shell and other components; no refinishing required if the surface is scratched or gouged; only one finish (color) is available; and elimination of threaded inserts for securing port retainer to helmet shell. |

It is recommended for diving in biologically-contaminated water, for those who are properly trained and equipped. This new exhaust has exceptionally low exhalation resistance that must be experienced to be appreciated. |
Description:The Kirby Morgan 47 consists of two major assemblies: the helmet shell / helmet ring assembly and the neck dam / neck ring assembly. The chrome-plated, machined brass helmet ring houses the latch catches and provides protection for the bottom end of the helmet. This assembly also provides the foundation for an externally adjustable chin support. This support, along with the adjustable neck pad on the locking collar, gives the diver a secure, custom fit. The balance and comfort of this helmet is unsurpassed, even when the diver must work for long periods in the face down position. The Kirby Morgan 47 features a quick-change communications module, available with either bare wire posts or a waterproof connector, and allows for easy, efficient maintenance of the helmet's communications. |
Description:The Kirby Morgan 37 is one of the most popular designs in the world. It is considered the standard of the commercial diving industry. Choose the Kirby Morgan 37 if you want a rugged diving helmet with a traditional design. The Kirby Morgan 37 comes with the Quad-Valve™ exhaust system, which retrofits to most previous Kirby Morgan helmets. This system is recommended for diving in biologically-contaminated water. The SuperFlow® regulator is a proven design that provides excellent breathing characteristics over a wide range of depths. |

Description:Kirby Morgan 37SS features an all Stainless Steel shell, as well as a Stainless Steel side block, helmet ring, bent tube, handle, and other key components. The SuperFlow 350 is standard on this helmet. The Kirby Morgan 37SS features a quick-change communications module, available with either bare wire posts or a waterproof connector, and allows for easy, efficient maintenance of the helmet's communications. The advantages of this Stainless Steel helmet include the following: rugged helmet shell and other components; no refinishing required if the surface is scratched or gouged; and elimination of threaded inserts for securing port retainer to helmet shell. |
Description:The SuperFlow 350 regulator used on the SuperLite-27 provides outstanding performance. It features a diver-adjustable system so that the regulator can be "tuned" during the dive according to your workload. This adjustment also allows you to set the regulator as the supply pressure varies, which is especially important when working with a low-pressure compressor. The Tri-Valve exhaust system helps to keep the breathing system exceptionally dry under all conditions, without increasing the breathing resistance of the helmet. In addition, the helmet is also equipped with a separate water dump valve which is mounted on the left side. |
Description:The side block assembly is standard in the B configuration, receiving the umbilical over the shoulder. The SuperLite 17B offers comprehensive head protection, an adjustable demand breathing system for gas economy, anti-flooding features, rapid emplacement, a neck dam clamp that mechanically breaks a low-pressure lock, and a trim to fit angled neck dam which seats the helmet comfortably, especially when working in the face down position. The pull pin neck clamp release provides a system for prevention of accidental helmet removal. The Helmet Shell is hand-laid, glass fiber reinforced, thermal-setting polyester (fiberglass) with carbon fiber reinforcement at key points for added durability. It is light and highly impact resistant, and provides a heat / cold barrier as well as being an excellent electrical nonconductor. |

Description:It features a fiberglass and carbon fiber reinforced shell. The Quad-Valve™ exhaust system, which retrofits to most previous Kirby Morgan helmets, has less breathing resistance than the older single valve exhaust while providing an extremely dry hat. This system is recommended for diving in biologically-contaminated water. The SuperLite 17C features a quick-change communications module, available with either bare wire posts or a waterproof connector, and allows for easy, efficient maintenance of the helmet's communications. |
Description:232 Bar steel cylinders with M25 x 2 internal cylinder neck threads manifold together by a dual outlet isolation manifold. The cylinders are banded by twin Stainless Steel tank bands. The isolation manifold allows for two separate regulators to be attached to the system. Should a failure occur on either regulator, it is possible to isolate it without isolating the cylinder contents. A Stainless Steel back plate can be fitted to the set if required. The cylinders also provide a reserve mechanism. Sizes: |

Description: |
| The welding current breakers (WCB) comprise double pole, single action, direct current 'switch disconnect', integral calibrated voltmeter and ammeter and Dinze type input/ output connectors housed in an ABS box. The circuit breaker is designed to break both the negative (-) and positive (+) side of the circuit with a single throw of the switch. The voltmeter allows both the open circuit voltage (OCV) and arc voltage to be monitored during the welding operation. The ammeter provides analogue monitoring of the current. The WCB can be used with either positive (+) or negative (-) polarity by reversing the output cables.

These general-purpose wet-welding electrodes are simple to use in all positions, easy to strike and re-strike and have a high metal transfer efficiency. Options: |
Special Features include: burns in excess of 10,000° Fahrenheit (cut or melt virtually any known material) and a design that prevents burn back into the torch, making it the safest on the market. Can be bent 90° or more, without causing the insulation to split or flake off or restricting oxygen flow; uses a maximum of 150Amps to assist in the burning process but has no electrical requirement; once ignited, they continue to burn as long as oxygen is supplied or until the rod is consumed. Various different cutting rods are available. Please talk to our Sales Team.
