External Chamber Regeneration System
Environmental Regeneration SystemModel No: ERS 350Description:The ERS 350 is the next generation of external gas regeneration systems for saturation diving. With a clear need in the industry to supply a quiet, reliable and multi- configurable external regeneration system, our engineers set to work and the ERS 350 was born. The ERS 350 is designed to move gas from inside the chamber system, which contains high levels of carbon dioxide, high humidity and heat, and re-condition the gas to the operator’s settings. The ERS 350 removes carbon dioxide through the use of chemical absorption techniques and controls humidity by the condensation of water vapour. Heating and cooling of the gas is provided to achieve optimum environmental temperatures for the occupants. A variety of configurations are available - contact our Sales Team to discuss your exact requirements. Specification:Length x Width x Height: 1100mm x 910mm x 1960mm |

Regeneration Gas BlowerModel No: RGB 350Description:This is the power house behind the ERS 350 system and with the need to provide a reliable replacement to the industry, the RGB 350 is available as a stand-alone product. It is a certified steel pressure vessel that is approved by ABS and DNV. It is mounted horizontally for ease of maintenance access. The control of the blower is via a frequency controller. Specification:Electrical Supply: 440VAC, 3-Phase |

Chiller Heater Master Control UnitModel No: CH180-36Description:Complete galvanised steel open-frame construction for ease of operational and maintenance access. All refrigeration piping is lagged and protected. Remote alarm panel is remotely situated in SAT control. Electrical elements are supplied to heat up a glycol mixture that is then pumped around the heating circuit. The heated glycol is passed through the Stainless Steel heat-exchanger. One cooling refrigerant compressor, through a common plate heat-exchanger, transfers cooling to a chilled glycol circulating mixture. Heat from the compressors is removed from the system by a shell tube refrigerant condenser using the ship’s supply sea-water. Chilled glycol mixture is circulated via a centrifugal pump and pumped through a Stainless Steel de-humidification and cooling heat-exchanger. Specification:Main Electrical Supply: 380VAC, 3-Phase, 50Hz, or 440VAC, 3-Phase, 60Hz |

SPHL/HRC - Environmental Conditioning UnitModel No: ECU 101Description:The ECU 101 is an environmental control unit which supplies chilled and heated water requirements for an air diving system or an SPHL system. With a robust protective frame construction for ease of operational and maintenance access, this ECU system has all you need. All refrigeration pipping is lagged and protected and to maintain simplicity, the hot and cold water supply are all manually controllable. Electrical elements (2 x 6kW) are supplied to heat up the glycol mixture, which passes through the Stainless Steel heat-exchanger. One independent (48 000 BTU) R407 cooling refrigerant compressor transfers cooling to a glycol circulating mixture. All heat from the compressor is removed from the system by a cupro nickel refrigerant condenser using the ship’s supply sea-water. Specification:Length x Width x Height: +/- 1100mm x 950mm x 950mm Optional Extra: Note: |

SAT - Environmental Conditioning UnitModel No: ECU 200Description:The ECU 200 is the core of many of our Saturation System builds. Engineered for reliability and dependability, it comprises a robust protective open-frame construction, designed for ease of operational and maintenance access. Temperature and humidity control is remotely situated in SAT control (19" Rack Mountable). Temperature and de-humidification takes place through the sea water-cooled reverse-cycle chiller which produces a chilled or heated glycol/ water mixture. A cooling refrigerant compressor can be cross-connected to act as standby cooling for the temperature control system. A standby emersion heater (6kW) is provided and can be cross-connected to engage for emergency heating requirements. Heat from the compressors is removed from the system by a shell tube refrigerant condenser using the ship’s supply sea-water. Specification:Length x Width x Height: +/- 1320mm x 820mm x 1130mm Note: |
