Description:

The HF series of saturation systems are designed for complete flexibility and upgrade-ability in a modular approach to systems. The HF typically suits a client wishing to have complete flexibility in a modular saturation system and have the option to upgrade the system later. The HF systems are easily deployable on medium to large DSV's for occasional saturation work-scopes. The HF 09 ABS/IMCA system is designed for launching the bell through a moon-pool or over-the-side utilising an A-frame. The HRC is deployed directly over the side of the vessel making it an easily integrated system. The chamber system consists of a twin lock 6 man chamber with the living area fitted out for 6 people. The HRC is also fitted out as a dedicated 12 person HRC with accommodation for 3 in Deco. The dive and sat control room is fitted into their own offshore container, with conveniently positioned observation windows. All of the machinery for the system is fitted into two ISO sized containers. These containers can be stacked vertically together. The hydraulic system is our proven ABS approved / IMCA compliant, 10 ton and 6 ton winch combination with a dual redundant power-pack. Our saturation dive systems come complete with a full IMCA Audit package, asset list and PMS software package. The system is also extensively tested through use of the latest FMEA methodologies in our yard before being shipped, thereby ensuring first time operation during mobilisations and low commercial risk in your projects.
